Q. Who is eligible to join the credit union?
A. Employees of Bell Atlantic, AT&T and G. O. Crivelli, and their immediate family members was the criteria for joining New Castle Bellco FCU; however, effective 1/17/03 the credit union requirements have been changed to anyone who lives, works or worships in lawrence county, Pennsylvania.

Q. How much do I have to deposit to open an account?
A. To open a share account, a deposit of $25.00 is required.

Q. Is my money insured?
A. Your savings is federally insured to at least $100,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government National Credit Union Administration. A U.S.

Q. Is the joint account owner a credit union member?
A. No. In order to be a member, you must have a share account of which you are the primary owner.

Q. How do I apply for a loan?
A. Simply by applying today, or by downloading an application to send via mail or fax, or by calling the office and requesting an application. Then, just complete and return it with a copy of your most current pay stub.

Q. Can I fax my loan application to the credit union?
A. Yes. Our fax number is (724) 654-3837.

Q. How can I find out what my VISA account balance is?
A. Members can call 1-800-433-0505 to receive automated VISA account information. (i.e., balance, last payment, payment due).

Q. What are your hours
of operation?
A. Monday through Friday,
9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The credit union is not open on Saturdays.

Q. How do I access my account when I need money?
A. You can come into the credit union, request a check to be mailed to you or use your MAC ATM card.
